Terms of Use

Last updated: April 10, 2026. These Terms of Use apply to the Jesus Wallpapers mobile application by Karolis Cibiras.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download, install, and use the app for your own personal, non-commercial use.

2. Permitted Use

  • Browse wallpapers
  • Preview wallpapers
  • Save wallpapers to your device for personal use
  • Mark wallpapers as favorites

3. Restrictions

  • You may not reverse engineer or extract source code except where allowed by law.
  • You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, redistribute, or sublicense the app.
  • You may not interfere with the app's operation, security, or advertising systems.
  • You may not use bots, scraping, or automation to extract content at scale.

4. Wallpaper Content License

Unless expressly stated otherwise, wallpapers and visual content made available through the app are provided for personal, non-commercial use only.

  • Do not resell wallpapers
  • Do not redistribute wallpapers through another app or website
  • Do not commercially license wallpapers without separate written permission
  • Do not claim ownership of wallpapers made available through the app

5. Intellectual Property

The app, including its design, code, branding, text, layout, graphics, and curated content, is owned by or licensed to Karolis Cibiras and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Permissions and Advertising

The app may ask for photo or media access solely to support saving wallpapers to your device. The app may also display ads from third-party providers such as Google AdMob.

7. Availability and Changes

We may modify, update, improve, remove, suspend, or discontinue parts of the app, including wallpapers, features, and ad placements.

8. Warranty and Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the app is provided on an as is and as available basis without warranties of any kind.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, total liability for claims related to the app shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the app, if any, in the previous 12 months, or 10 EUR.

9. Governing Law

Except where consumer protection law requires otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Lithuania.
